Market is Heating Up!

So whats new in real estate? The market is heating up and interest rates remain at historic lows.  Our inventory (homes for sale) is shrinking – all positive signs for the economy in general and real estate in particular.  As you drive around take notice of the “Under Contract” and “Sold” signs that are popping up like spring flowers.
